Printing 100 issues of a publication is a milestone for any publisher, and the Lone Star Outdoor News celebrated that milestone with its October 10 issue.

DALLAS-Printing 100 issues of a publication is a milestone for any publisher, and the Lone Star Outdoor News celebrated that milestone with its October 10 issue. "Our hard work and determination has kept us going even in these unknown economic times," said founder David J. Sams. "We are still seeing sales grow as advertisers are moving more into the regional markets. By maintaining our editorial content at the highest level our readership has grown substantially - with some of the best demographics in our market."

The paper also announced the opening of sales for the third Dallas Safari Club Expo Show Program insert. "This is the third year we will be producing the popular insert for the Dallas Safari Club," said editor Craig Nyhus. "The insert is one of the most used publications at the show that brings in more than 30,000 of the highest income hunters from all over the U.S. and abroad. Our partnership with the Dallas Safari Club shows our commitment to the hunting and conservation industry."

The insert will have a bonus circulation of 10,000 copies that will be handed out to attendees at the show (Jan. 8-11, 2009) as well as 40,000 copies distributed in the Lone Star Outdoor News' Dec. 26 issue.
