The New Bullards Bar Reservoir is located in Yuba County, California, USA, surrounded by Tahoe and Plumas National Forests. The 4,700-acre lake was created by the Yube County Water Board in the 1930s and taken from the Yuba River North Fork.

Construction of a 635-foot concrete dam was completed in 1970 by the Yube County Water Board and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Water levels are fluctuating by about 150 feet a year and two boat moorings are planned at Bullards Bar Reservoir and in neighboring Bullard's Bar State Park.
